Proxyのある環境でSVN使うには…

C:\Documents and Settings\ユーザ名\Application Data\Subversionにあるserversってファイルの[global]セクションで

# http-proxy-host = defaultproxy.whatever.com
# http-proxy-port = 7000
# http-proxy-username = defaultusername
# http-proxy-password = defaultpassword

とコメントアウトされている所を活性化させて、Proxyの設定をする。
